Here is a look back on some of my favourite Cheshire wedding photography from 2016. Jennifer and Douglas met with me in 2016 to discuss their wedding day. Being keen photographers themselves, they were very particular in what they were looking for. After a chat and looking through my portfolio they decided I was a good match for what they were looking for and hired me. The bridal prep took place at The Barn in Cheshire. This is a beautiful rustic building which also has sleeping accommodation and kitchen area which makes it perfect for your bridal prep. I managed to get lots of natural in the moment shots, which is my favourite style of photography and I believe these are the kind of photos which make you smile the most when you look back on your wedding day. After the prep I headed over to the church. The couple chose the St James and St Paul church in Marton, Cheshire. This is a beautiful Grade 1 listed building and dates all the way back to the 1300s. The timber construction makes it an amazing backdrop for your wedding photos! The reception venue chosen was The Hall at Marthall, which is a modern light venue with lots of outdoor space for the children to run around in and is great for those important group photos.
